Slow Flow

A deeply grounding practice that offers soft flowing movements, with time to explore ease, fluidity and the downright juiciness of movement. We’ll slowly flow from one shape to the next, generally staying lower to the ground, creating a moving meditation that connects body and mind.

Inviting ease, fluidity, and the rich enjoyment of each motion.

Yin/Restorative

The yoga of being, with very little doing. Beginning with slow, mindful movements to ease into the session, gradually transitioning into longer-held shapes designed to help you unwind completely.
