Step into a space of calm and compassionate care with 90 minutes of deeply restorative yoga.

We’ll begin with slow, mindful movements to gently welcome you into the session, followed by longer-held, supportive postures that help the body and mind fully release. Every prop becomes a tool for comfort—ensuring that you feel held, safe, and supported throughout.
